Building credibility is one of the most important ‘needs’ for an art business because people only buy from who they trust. There are 5 factions for how people choose who they buy from:

  1. Who they have already brought from and who they know

  2. Referrals from their trusted network (ie friends and family)

  3. Referrals from forums and community pages online

  4. Contacting recognised brands

  5. Cold searches on google/adverts on socials
